Postomat

A Postomat is located at the PostFinance Arena (outside the festival grounds)

Showers and changing rooms are available on the festival grounds.

The checkroom is located in the foyer of the new festival hall (basement). CHF 2.00 per item of clothing.

Dogs are not allowed on the festival grounds, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.

Site access

The halls and the festival grounds are wheelchair accessible. The building has passenger lifts.

Toilets

Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available on the site (also in the outdoor area) and are accessible with the EuroKey.

Disabled parking spaces are available on Mingerstrasse.

The first-aid post is located at the entrance to the new festival hall (STAGE).

Due to the limited number of parking spaces, we recommend arriving by public transport. Parking spaces are available in the parking garage and on the small Allmend (P6).

Access is quick and easy via SMS login. The speed of 2 MBit/s is optimized for surfing the web and sending e-mails. If you would like faster access, you can purchase additional WLAN vouchers at the Service Desk. WLAN is available in the new Festhalle (STAGE, Cube and Foyer) and in parts of the outdoor area.

One ticket gives you access to the IFSC Boulder World Cup in the new Festhalle (STAGE) as well as to the MUV Festival in the CUBE and the outdoor area. Please note the different opening times.
