At this festival, consumption at all catering outlets (restaurants and food stands) is cashless. At the fair office (foyer Festhalle), we offer the exchange of cash into a prepaid value card. Any remaining balance can be used at all in-house fairs.Cash refunds are made exclusively at the official cash card exchange points. The card is issued with a deposit.

An ATM is available in the outdoor area outside the festival grounds.

Postomat

A Postomat is located at the PostFinance Arena (outside the festival grounds).

Showers and changing rooms are available on the festival grounds.

The checkroom is located in the foyer of the new festival hall (basement).

Dogs are not allowed on the festival grounds, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind.

The halls and the festival grounds are wheelchair accessible. The building has passenger lifts.

Wheelchair-accessible toilets are available on the site (also in the outdoor area) and are accessible with the EuroKey.
